Room Condition The air conditioning is not functioning properly. The overall room condition has been described as outdated and poorly maintained. 3. All-Inclusive Package Concerns The guest was charged for dinner due to a late arrival caused by a flight delay, despite having an all-inclusive package. Basic beverages such as wine and even water are reportedly not included, which contradicts guest expectations of an all-inclusive stay. 4. Service Experience The guest requested a room change; however, only maintenance was offered instead of immediate relocation. No immediate resolution or alternative accommodation was provided on-site.

The breakfast was extraordinary, tasty flavorful. The service at bazaar by the staff was accommodating and helpful. The view from my room was spectacular. I found the staff to be well mannered and approachable. I will visit again.
